Wyoming Congressional Award Council launched its first-ever spring gala and fundraising event in 2018—a full sit-down dinner, silent and live auction, and live concert with Chancey Williams and the Younger Brothers Band at Little America Hotel & Resort in Cheyenne. After the band sent over its official photo, I went to work creating a collection of items including a full-size concert poster, event invitations, digital media assets, and newspaper advertisements to quickly raise awareness for this new event in an already saturated market of fundraising galas.

No detail was overlooked—a state map theme was chosen to set the tone for both 2018 fundraising events (read more about the WCAC Invitational here) which included programs, table signs, and more. Redesigned auction bidding forms further unified the branding.
 

The inaugural event was a smashing success, raising $102,000 for scholarships and program expansion.
