Big Picture Classes is an international provider of online workshops and resources. The Phone Photography Project 2 was created to help people fully utilize the photographic capabilities of their phones—both iPhone and Android—as well as to sort through the multitude of photo editing and design apps available to find the best fit. [Spoiler: not all photo/design apps are created equal.]

The four week workshop brought 20 top photographers together to collaborate on tips, tricks, and challenges for participants to learn and undertake. Resource guides and video supplemented the member classroom experience; students were able to follow along as they were introduced to new apps through Reflector-created movies. As the workshop lead, I designed the look and feel of the course, executed the marketing plan, designed the daily and weekly schedule, themes, and curriculum, managed the submissions of contributors, and made sure all details were perfect.

Phone Photography Project 2 was the third-largest grossing Big Picture Classes workshop in the company's history after it launched, out-pacing even the original class.
